Problem: I cannot transfer MP3 songs from my computer to the phone, I have tried this on both my laptop and my pc. What do you suggest?
Answer
Try the following
1. Make sure the phone is connected correctly to your PC/Laptop.
2. Make sure Windows OS have recognised the phone, and has allocated a drive for it i.e. ‘E’
3. Make sure you’ve selected the right option out of the 3 options showing on the phone’s interface
4. Make sure you’ve loaded your MP3s/MP4s to the right folders i.e. all MP3 files MUST be loaded into ‘MP3’ folder.
While all MP4 files MUST be loaded into ‘Video’ folder (must be in ‘.3gp’ video file format to work)

Problem: There are file showing on the phone when it’s connected to the computer, but when it’s disconnected, it says that there are no MP3s/MP4s on the phone! What do I do?
Answer
Your MP3 file name format is wrong or too long. Make sure you rename your MP3/MP4 file names to compatible name formats. For example, if you loaded a song called “01_Shakira_feat_wyclef_jeune_ hips_don’t_lie.mp3”
For the MP3 file to work/play, you need to rename the file name to something like:
“Shakira- Hips Don’t” (file names can only be 3-4 words long)
The same rules applies to video files.
Problem:
The PC camera does dot work and the virtual disk does not work either, what do u suggest?
Answer
If you want to use the phone as a PC camera, do the following:
1. Connect your phone to your laptop/PC
2. Wait couple of seconds, and there should be 3 options on the phone's screen
3. Choose ‘PC camera’ option
4. Open your favourite IM client i.e. MSN Messenger, AOL etc and configure the camera. Your IM client should be able to detect it once connected.
Problem: The virtual disk does dot work, what do u suggest?
Answer
If you want to get access to the phone’s hard disk or folders, do the following:
1. Connect your phone to your laptop/PC
2. Wait couple of seconds, and there should be 3 options showing on the phone's screen
3. Choose ‘Udisk’ option
4. Your Windows OS application should do the rest for you. Follow any on-screen prompts (on your laptop/PC) and Windows OS which may ask you to restart/reboot your system to finish the installation process.
Once finished, the phone’s hard drive folder (containing several folders) should pop up on the screen (on PC/Laptop screen).
If not, go to ‘My Computer’ and look for a new a hard drive i.e. ‘E’ and double click to open it.
